體悟 Comprehending
如果你想成為一塊精鋼
就避免不了被打擊
如果你想成為一塊美玉
就注定會被磨礪
人生沒有那麼多的如意
想自在也得通過艱辛的修煉
經歷痛苦不是壞事
痛苦使人反省、成長
吃苦才能消業
才能淨化心靈
所以不要逃避痛苦
逃避痛苦就是逃避了救贖
勇敢面對痛苦
才能獲得真正的幸福
If you want to be the good steel
You can’t avoid being beaten
If you want to be the beautiful jade
You are destined to be polished
There are not that much comfort in life
If you want to be at ease
You have to go through hard practice
Experiencing pain is not a bad thing
Pain makes people reflect and grow
Only by enduring the hardship
You can eliminate karma
And purify the mind
So don’t run away from pain
To escape pain is to escape redemption
Facing the pain bravely
You will get the true happiness
