昨天（大約1月20日）带着美术系的学生们一起来看2023全世界新唐人人物写实油画大赛的作品，颁奖典礼热闹非凡，获奖的画家们心情激动，很多人说这是他们见过的最棒的画展和大赛，大家聚在一起，怀着共同的理念和对艺术的誠意，我想掌管艺术的神一定会格外珍惜这些画家，因为他们辛勤的付出和对古典艺术的完美追求真的动人心弦……
Yesterday, I brought students from the Art Department to see the works of 2023 the New Tang Dynasty Realistic Oil Painting Competition. The awards ceremony was lively and the winning painters were excited. Many people said this was the best painting exhibition and competition they had ever seen. Everyone gathered here Together, with a common philosophy and sincerity for art, I think the God in charge of art will cherish these painters especially, because their hard work and perfect pursuit of classical art are really touching…

關於藝術家：陳肖平，著名畫家。在油畫、國畫、書法領域都有很深的造詣。曾兩次榮獲美國CNMI總督頒發的「最杰出視覺藝術家」獎，兩屆“新唐人全世界人物寫實油畫大賽”金獎得主。多次舉辦個人畫展，多幅作品被CNMI博物館收藏。
